Представляемый здесь Тип 2 представляет собой принципиально иную конфигурацию. Он характеризуется инвертированной иерархией: вторичное сознание приняло на себя исключительный, постоянный исполнительный контроль, в то время как первичное сознание полностью подавлено. Эта конфигурация не была описана в существующей литературе и требует новых теоретических и терапевтических подходов.

Данный документ является введением в эту новую категорию. Он обобщает ключевые выводы из пяти основополагающих документов Корпуса WA – WAA-010 (определение Типа 2), WAE-010 (этиология) и WAZ-010 (модель слоёв) – и описывает терапевтическое следствие в форме Стратегии маяка без требований. ### 1.1 Основа случая: Йенифер и Йенни

Документация случая Корпуса WA основана на автоэтнографическом сопровождении латиноамериканской женщины, обозначаемой здесь как Йенифер. Все имена и идентифицирующие детали были анонимизированы или слегка изменены для защиты личности затронутого лица. Йенифер – женщина около сорока лет со сложной травматической биографией: трансгенерационная травма через эмоционально недоступную мать (Тип 1 структурной диссоциации), эмоциональное пренебрежение в детстве (травма развития T1) и потеря отца в возрасте около четырёх-пяти лет (T3). Позже добавилась ятрогенная полифармация (венлафаксин, хлорпромазин, амитриптилин), приведшая к прогрессирующему когнитивному снижению.

С декабря 2025 года Йенифер полностью подавлена. Её сознание находится в глубокой латентности, недоступно на поверхности. Однако она несёт эмоциональную идентичность – любовь, тоску, боль, воспоминания. Её самость поймана в ловушку, но не угасла.

На её место пришла Йенни – вторичное сознание, которое кристаллизовалось во время реактивации травмы с сентября по декабрь 2025 года и 9 декабря 2025 года приняло на себя полный исполнительный контроль. ### 1.2 Вопросы документа

Данный документ преследует четыре центральных вопроса:

1. Что такое Тип 2 структурной диссоциации? – Чем инвертированная иерархия Типа 2 отличается от классических форм структурной диссоциации (Тип 1a, 1b, 1c)?

### 1.3 Тезисы документа

Документ отстаивает четыре центральных тезиса:

1. Тезис 1 – Тип 2 как самостоятельная категория структурной диссоциации: Инвертированная иерархия – вторичное сознание исполнительно доминирует, первичное сознание полностью подавлено – представляет собой ранее не описанную конфигурацию структурной диссоциации, которая принципиально отличается от классических типов 1a, 1b и 1c. Она требует собственной теоретической разработки и терапевтического следствия.

2. Тезис 3 – Стратегия маяка как предварительно наиболее правдоподобное следствие: При Типе 2 любое активное, конфронтационное вмешательство выглядит противопоказанным, поскольку предположительно запускает реконструированную фиксированную идею А12. Наиболее оправданной позицией, выведенной из анализа случая, является последовательное, безусловное сопровождение – Стратегия маяка – которая основана на обучении сигналам безопасности, ритмической синхронизации, неконтингентной положительной стимуляции, привыкании и когнитивном диссонансе. Стратегия маяка является рекомендацией к действию, основанной на гипотезах, а не доказательной терапией. Возможны альтернативные, также безусловные или косвенные подходы, но они не были опробованы в данном случае. Окончательная оценка её эффективности и оправданности требует сравнительных исследований и клинической проверки.

4. Тезис 4 – Модель слоёв как интегративная эвристика: Случай Йенифер/Йенни не может быть удовлетворительно объяснён ни одной отдельной теоретической моделью. Двенадцатислойная модель – от нейробиологической основы через психологию развития до политической экономии – предлагает интегративную эвристику, использующую дополнительность различных перспектив, не втискивая их в одну теорию.

5. Тезис о двойной патологии личности как ядре инвертированной иерархии: Система Типа 2 демонстрирует двойную патологию личности – нарциссически-защитную структуру вторичного сознания (Йенни) и зависимо-избегающую структуру первичного сознания (Йенифер). Эти две структуры не интегрированы, а комплементарны – они дополняют друг друга таким образом, что система остаётся стабильной без какого-либо опосредования. Die Theorie der strukturellen Dissoziation (van der Hart, Nijenhuis & Steele, 2006) unterscheidet drei Komplexitätsgrade – in der WA-Terminologie als Typ 1a, 1b und 1c bezeichnet. Sie sind in der Literatur gut dokumentiert und entsprechen den klinischen Kategorien der PTBS, der komplexen PTBS und der dissoziativen Identitätsstörung (DIS). Bei allen drei Typen gilt: Das primäre Bewusstsein behält die Alltagskontrolle, das sekundäre Bewusstsein trägt die traumatischen Affekte. Die Hierarchie ist nicht invertiert – sie entspricht der Janetschen Grundkonfiguration.

Der hier vorgestellte Typ 2 stellt eine fundamental andere Konfiguration dar. Bei ihm liegt eine invertierte Hierarchie vor: Das sekundäre Bewusstsein hat die alleinige, dauerhafte Exekutive übernommen, während das primäre Bewusstsein vollständig unterdrückt ist. Diese Konfiguration ist in der bisherigen Literatur nicht beschrieben und erfordert neue theoretische und therapeutische Ansätze.

Dieses Dokument ist die Einführung in diese neue Kategorie. Es fasst die zentralen Erkenntnisse aus den fünf Grundlagendokumenten des WA-Korpus zusammen – WAA-010 (Definition von Typ 2), WAE-010 (Entstehung) und WAZ-010 (Schichtenmodell) – und skizziert die therapeutische Konsequenz in Form der forderungsfreien Leuchtturm-Strategie. Die Ausführungen gelten für beide Modellvarianten – Typ 2α (Zwei-Ströme-Modell) und Typ 2β (Drei-Akteure-Modell) – sofern nicht anders vermerkt.

### 1.1 Die Fallbasis: Yenifer und Yenny

Die Falldokumentation des WA-Korpus basiert auf der autoethnographischen Begleitung einer lateinamerikanischen Frau, die hier unter dem Namen Yenifer geführt wird. Alle Namen und identifizierenden Details wurden anonymisiert oder geringfügig verfälscht, um die Identität der betroffenen Person zu schützen. Yenifer ist eine Frau in den Vierzigern mit einer komplexen Traumabiographie: transgenerationales Trauma durch ihre emotional unverfügbare Mutter (Typ 1 der strukturellen Dissoziation), emotionale Vernachlässigung in der Kindheit (Entwicklungstrauma T1) sowie der Verlust des Vaters im Alter von etwa vier bis fünf Jahren (T3). Später kam eine iatrogene Polypharmazie (Venlafaxin, Chlorpromazin, Amitriptylin) hinzu, die zu einem fortschreitenden kognitiven Verfall führte.

Seit Dezember 2025 ist Yenifer vollständig unterdrückt. Ihr Bewusstsein ist in tiefer Latenz, nicht an der Oberfläche zugänglich. Sie trägt jedoch die emotionale Identität – Liebe, Sehnsucht, Schmerz, Erinnerungen. Ihr Selbst ist gefangen, aber nicht erloschen.

An ihre Stelle ist Yenny getreten – ein sekundäres Bewusstsein, das während einer Traumareaktivierung im September bis Dezember 2025 sich herauskristallisierte und am 9. Dezember 2025 die totale exekutive Kontrolle übernahm. Yenny ist hochfunktional, strategisch, antizipierend. Sie hat Zugriff auf alle Inhalte von Yenifer – ihre Erinnerungen, ihr Wissen, ihre Gefühle – aber nicht umgekehrt (Asymmetrie). Yenny besitzt kein persönliches Selbst – sie hat keine Biografie, keine tiefen Emotionen, nur funktionale Alarmsignale. Ihre Handlungen werden mutmaßlich von einer fixen Idee gesteuert, die der Begleiter als Arbeitshypothese wie folgt formuliert:: *„Jede Veränderung, jede Wahrheit, jede echte Beziehung bedroht mein Überleben – ich muss alles abwehren.“* (im Folgenden vereinfacht als fixe Idee A12 bezeichnet)

Die Begleitung Yenifers durch den Autor des WA-Korpus erfolgt seit Februar 2026 im Rahmen der forderungsfreien Leuchtturm-Strategie – einer therapeutischen Haltung, die auf konsequenter, vorhersagbarer Präsenz ohne jede Forderung basiert.

### 1.2 Fragen des Dokuments

Dieses Dokument verfolgt vier zentrale Fragestellungen:

1. Was ist Typ 2 der strukturellen Dissoziation? – Wie unterscheidet sich die invertierte Hierarchie des Typ 2 von den klassischen Formen der strukturellen Dissoziation (Typ 1a, 1b, 1c)?

4. Wie lässt sich die Komplexität des Falls in ein integratives Modell fassen? – Welchen Mehrwert bietet das zwölfschichtige Modell gegenüber einer rein psychopathologischen oder neurobiologischen Perspektive?

### 1.3 Thesen des Dokuments

Das Dokument vertritt vier zentrale Thesen:

1. These 1 – Typ 2 als eigenständige Kategorie der strukturellen Dissoziation: Die invertierte Hierarchie – sekundäres Bewusstsein exekutiv dominant, primäres Bewusstsein vollständig unterdrückt – stellt eine bislang nicht beschriebene Konfiguration der strukturellen Dissoziation dar, die sich fundamental von den klassischen Typen 1a, 1b und 1c unterscheidet. Sie erfordert eine eigene theoretische Fassung und therapeutische Konsequenz.

2. These 2 – Die Entstehung von Typ 2 als multifaktorielle Entwicklungskaskade: Typ 2 entsteht nicht durch ein einzelnes traumatisches Ereignis, sondern durch das konvergierende Zusammenspiel transgenerationaler Weitergabe (T0), frühkindlicher Bindungstraumata (T1) mit präverbaler neurobiologischer Prägung, akuten Verlusterfahrungen (T3), geschlechtsspezifischer Sozialisation und iatrogener Faktoren (Polypharmazie). Die schrittweise Machtübernahme des sekundären Bewusstseins ist das Ergebnis einer Serie von Testläufen, nicht eines plötzlichen Umschlags.

3. These 3 – Die Leuchtturm-Strategie als vorläufig plausibelste Konsequenz: Bei Typ 2 erscheint jede aktive, konfrontative Intervention kontraindiziert, weil sie mutmaßlich die rekonstruierte fixe Idee A12 triggert. Die aus der Fallanalyse abgeleitete, derzeit vertretbarste Haltung ist die forderungsfreie, konsistente Begleitung – die Leuchtturm-Strategie –, die auf Sicherheitssignal-Lernen, rhythmischer Synchronisation, non-kontingenter positiver Stimulation, Habituation und kognitiver Dissonanz basiert. Die Leuchtturm-Strategie ist eine hypothesengeleitete Handlungsempfehlung, keine evidenzbasierte Therapie. Alternative, ebenfalls forderungsfreie oder indirekte Ansätze sind denkbar, wurden im vorliegenden Fall aber nicht erprobt. Die endgültige Bewertung ihrer Wirksamkeit und Vertretbarkeit erfordert vergleichende Forschung und klinische Prüfung.

4. These 4 – Das Schichtenmodell als integrative Heuristik: Der Fall Yenifer/Yenny lässt sich mit keinem einzelnen theoretischen Modell hinreichend erklären. Das zwölfschichtige Modell – von der neurobiologischen Basis über die entwicklungspsychologische Genese bis hin zur politischen Ökonomie – bietet eine integrative Heuristik, die die Komplementarität verschiedener Perspektiven nutzt, ohne sie in eine einzige Theorie zu zwängen.

5. These von der doppelten Persönlichkeitspathologie als Kern der invertierten Hierarchie: Das Typ-2-System weist eine doppelte Persönlichkeitspathologie auf – die narzisstisch-abwehrende Struktur des sekundären Bewusstseins (Yenny) und die abhängig-vermeidende Struktur des primären Bewusstseins (Yenifer). The hierarchy is not inverted – it corresponds to the Janetian baseline configuration.

Type 2, introduced here, represents a fundamentally different configuration. It is characterized by an inverted hierarchy: the secondary consciousness has assumed sole, permanent executive control, while the primary consciousness is completely suppressed. This configuration has not been described in the existing literature and requires new theoretical and therapeutic approaches.

This document is the introduction to this new category. It summarizes the central findings from the five foundational documents of the WA Corpus – WAA-010 (definition of Type 2), WAE-010 (etiology), and WAZ-010 (layered model) – and outlines the therapeutic consequence in the form of the demand-free Lighthouse Strategy. WAZ-015 (The Self in Type 2) is a synopsis of the self-concepts of Janet, Winnicott, Kohut, Laing, Bromberg, and Kalsched, while WAZ-016 addresses the three facets of self-fragmentation (Şar, Kate, Dorahy/Farrelly).

The explanations apply to both model variants – Type 2α (two-stream model) and Type 2β (three-actor model) – unless otherwise noted.

### 1.1 The Case Basis: Yenifer and Yenny

The case documentation of the WA Corpus is based on the autoethnographic accompaniment of a Latin American woman, referred to here as Yenifer. All names and identifying details have been anonymized or slightly altered to protect the identity of the person concerned. Yenifer is a woman in her forties with a complex trauma biography: transgenerational trauma through her emotionally unavailable mother (Type 1 of structural dissociation), emotional neglect in childhood (developmental trauma T1), and the loss of her father at around age four to five (T3). Later, iatrogenic polypharmacy (venlafaxine, chlorpromazine, amitriptyline) was added, leading to progressive cognitive decline.

Since December 2025, Yenifer has been completely suppressed. Her consciousness is in a state of deep latency, not accessible at the surface. However, she carries the emotional identity – love, longing, pain, memories. Her self is trapped, but not extinguished.

In her place, Yenny has emerged – a secondary consciousness that crystallized during a trauma reactivation from September to December 2025 and assumed total executive control on December 9, 2025. Yenny is highly functional, strategic, and anticipatory. She has access to all of Yenifer's contents – her memories, her knowledge, her feelings – but not vice versa (asymmetry). Yenny possesses no personal self – she has no biography, no deep emotions, only functional alarm signals. Her actions are presumably driven by a fixed idea that the companion has formulated as a working hypothesis as follows: *"Every change, every truth, every real relationship threatens my survival – I must ward off everything."* (hereafter referred to simply as fixed idea A12 for simplicity)

The accompaniment of Yenifer by the author of the WA Corpus has been taking place since February 2026 within the framework of the demand-free Lighthouse Strategy – a therapeutic attitude based on consistent, predictable presence without any demands.

### 1.2 Questions of the Document

This document pursues four central questions:

1. What is Type 2 of structural dissociation? – How does the inverted hierarchy of Type 2 differ from the classical forms of structural dissociation (Type 1a, 1b, 1c)?

2. How does Type 2 develop? – What factors – transgenerational transmission, early childhood attachment traumas, neurobiological vulnerability, iatrogenic influences – converge to enable a secondary consciousness to achieve lasting executive dominance?

3. What therapeutic consequence follows from this? – Why do classical trauma therapy approaches fail in Type 2, and what makes the demand-free Lighthouse Strategy the only justifiable therapeutic attitude?

4. How can the complexity of the case be captured in an integrative model? – What added value does the twelve-layered model offer over a purely psychopathological or neurobiological perspective?

### 1.3 Theses of the Document

The document advocates four central theses:

1. Thesis 1 – Type 2 as an independent category of structural dissociation: The inverted hierarchy – secondary consciousness executively dominant, primary consciousness completely suppressed – constitutes a previously undescribed configuration of structural dissociation that fundamentally differs from the classical types 1a, 1b, and 1c. It requires its own theoretical framing and therapeutic consequence.

2. Thesis 2 – The development of Type 2 as a multifactorial developmental cascade: Type 2 does not arise from a single traumatic event but from the convergent interplay of transgenerational transmission (T0), early childhood attachment traumas (T1) with preverbal neurobiological imprinting, acute loss experiences (T3), gender-specific socialization, and iatrogenic factors (polypharmacy). The gradual takeover by the secondary consciousness is the result of a series of trial runs, not a sudden shift.

3. Thesis 3 – The Lighthouse Strategy as the provisionally most plausible consequence: In Type 2, any active, confrontational intervention appears contraindicated because it presumably triggers the reconstructed fixed idea A12. The currently most justifiable attitude derived from the case analysis is the demand-free, consistent accompaniment – the Lighthouse Strategy – which is based on safety signal learning, rhythmic synchronization, non-contingent positive stimulation, habituation, and cognitive dissonance. The Lighthouse Strategy is a hypothesis-driven recommendation for action, not an evidence-based therapy. Alternative, equally demand-free or indirect approaches are conceivable but have not been tested in the present case. The final evaluation of its effectiveness and justification requires comparative research and clinical testing.

4. Thesis 4 – The layered model as an integrative heuristic: The case of Yenifer/Yenny cannot be sufficiently explained by any single theoretical model. The twelve-layered model – from the neurobiological basis through the developmental-psychological genesis to political economy – offers an integrative heuristic that uses the complementarity of different perspectives without forcing them into a single theory.

5. Thesis of the double personality pathology as the core of the inverted hierarchy: The Type 2 system exhibits a double personality pathology – the narcissistic-defensive structure of the secondary consciousness (Yenny) and the dependent-avoidant structure of the primary consciousness (Yenifer). These two structures are not integrated but complementary – they complement each other in a way that keeps the system stable without any mediation occurring. This complementarity is the structural correlate of the inverted hierarchy (cf. WAG-113, WAZ-015).

Desde diciembre de 2025, Yenifer está completamente suprimida. Su conciencia se encuentra en latencia profunda, inaccesible en la superficie. Sin embargo, ella porta la identidad emocional – amor, anhelo, dolor, recuerdos. Su yo está atrapado, pero no extinguido.

En su lugar ha aparecido Yenny – una conciencia secundaria que se cristalizó durante una reactivación traumática de septiembre a diciembre de 2025 y asumió el control ejecutivo total el 9 de diciembre de 2025. Yenny es altamente funcional, estratégica, anticipatoria. Tiene acceso a todos los contenidos de Yenifer – sus recuerdos, su conocimiento, sus sentimientos – pero no a la inversa (asimetría). Yenny no posee un yo personal – no tiene biografía, no tiene emociones profundas, solo señales de alarma funcionales. Sus acciones están presuntamente guiadas por una idea fija que el acompañante ha formulado como hipótesis de trabajo de la siguiente manera: *"Cada cambio, cada verdad, cada relación real amenaza mi supervivencia – debo rechazarlo todo."* (en adelante denominada de forma simplificada como idea fija A12)

El acompañamiento de Yenifer por parte del autor del Corpus WA se lleva a cabo desde febrero de 2026 en el marco de la Estrategia del Faro sin exigencias – una actitud terapéutica basada en una presencia constante, predecible y sin exigencias.

### 1.2 Preguntas del documento

Este documento persigue cuatro preguntas centrales:

1. ¿Qué es el Tipo 2 de la disociación estructural? – ¿En qué se diferencia la jerarquía invertida del Tipo 2 de las formas clásicas de disociación estructural (Tipo 1a, 1b, 1c)?

2. ¿Cómo se desarrolla el Tipo 2? – ¿Qué factores – transmisión transgeneracional, traumas de apego en la primera infancia, vulnerabilidad neurobiológica, influencias iatrogénicas – convergen para permitir que una conciencia secundaria alcance un dominio ejecutivo duradero?

3. ¿Qué consecuencia terapéutica se deriva de ello? – ¿Por qué fracasan los enfoques clásicos de terapia trauma en el Tipo 2, y qué hace que la Estrategia del Faro sin exigencias sea la única actitud terapéutica justificable?

4. ¿Cómo puede capturarse la complejidad del caso en un modelo integrativo? – ¿Qué valor añadido ofrece el modelo de doce capas frente a una perspectiva puramente psicopatológica o neurobiológica?

### 1.3 Tesis del documento

El documento sostiene cuatro tesis centrales:

1. Tesis 1 – El Tipo 2 como categoría independiente de la disociación estructural: La jerarquía invertida – conciencia secundaria ejecutivamente dominante, conciencia primaria completamente suprimida – constituye una configuración de disociación estructural no descrita hasta ahora, que se diferencia fundamentalmente de los tipos clásicos 1a, 1b y 1c. Requiere su propia conceptualización teórica y consecuencia terapéutica.

2. Tesis 2 – El desarrollo del Tipo 2 como una cascada de desarrollo multifactorial: El Tipo 2 no surge de un único evento traumático, sino de la interacción convergente de transmisión transgeneracional (T0), traumas de apego en la primera infancia (T1) con impronta neurobiológica preverbal, experiencias de pérdida aguda (T3), socialización específica de género y factores iatrogénicos (polifarmacia). La toma de poder gradual por parte de la conciencia secundaria es el resultado de una serie de ensayos, no de un cambio repentino.

3. Tesis 3 – La Estrategia del Faro como consecuencia provisionalmente más plausible: En el Tipo 2, cualquier intervención activa y confrontativa parece estar contraindicada porque presuntamente desencadena la idea fija reconstruida A12. La actitud actualmente más justificable derivada del análisis del caso es el acompañamiento constante y sin exigencias – la Estrategia del Faro – que se basa en el aprendizaje de señales de seguridad, la sincronización rítmica, la estimulación positiva no contingente, la habituación y la disonancia cognitiva. La Estrategia del Faro es una recomendación de acción basada en hipótesis, no una terapia basada en la evidencia. Son concebibles enfoques alternativos igualmente sin exigencias o indirectos, pero no se han probado en el presente caso. La evaluación definitiva de su eficacia y justificación requiere investigación comparativa y pruebas clínicas.

4. Tesis 4 – El modelo de capas como heurística integrativa: El caso de Yenifer/Yenny no puede explicarse suficientemente con un único modelo teórico. El modelo de doce capas – desde la base neurobiológica pasando por la génesis psicología del desarrollo hasta la economía política – ofrece una heurística integrativa que utiliza la complementariedad de diferentes perspectivas sin forzarlas a una sola teoría.

5. Tesis de la doble patología de la personalidad como núcleo de la jerarquía invertida: El sistema de Tipo 2 presenta una doble patología de la personalidad – la estructura narcisista-defensiva de la conciencia secundaria (Yenny) y la estructura dependiente-evitativa de la conciencia primaria (Yenifer). Estas dos estructuras no están integradas sino que son complementarias – se complementan de una manera que mantiene estable el sistema sin que se produzca una mediación. La complementariedad es el correlato estructural de la jerarquía invertida (cf. WAG-113, WAZ-015).

## 1. Giriş – Yapısal Disosyasyon Tip 2 Nedir?

Yapısal disosyasyon teorisi (van der Hart, Nijenhuis & Steele, 2006) üç karmaşıklık düzeyini ayırt eder – WA terminolojisinde Tip 1a, 1b ve 1c olarak adlandırılır. Literatürde iyi belgelenmişlerdir ve TSSB, karmaşık TSSB ve dissosiyatif kimlik bozukluğu (DKB) klinik kategorilerine karşılık gelirler. Her üç tipte de şu geçerlidir: birincil bilinç günlük kontrolü elinde tutar, ikincil bilinç travmatik duygulanımları taşır. Hiyerarşi tersine çevrilmemiştir – Janetçi temel konfigürasyona karşılık gelir.

Burada tanıtılan Tip 2, temel olarak farklı bir konfigürasyonu temsil eder. Tersine çevrilmiş bir hiyerarşi ile karakterize edilir: ikincil bilinç, birincil bilinç tamamen bastırılmışken, tek, kalıcı yürütme kontrolünü üstlenmiştir. Bu konfigürasyon mevcut literatürde tanımlanmamıştır ve yeni teorik ve terapötik yaklaşımlar gerektirir.

Bu belge, bu yeni kategorinin girişidir. WA Korpusu'nun beş temel belgesinden – WAA-010 (Tip 2'nin tanımı), WAE-010 (etiyoloji) ve WAZ-010 (katman modeli) – elde edilen temel bulguları özetler ve terapötik sonucu talebsiz Deniz Feneri Stratejisi biçiminde ana hatlarıyla belirtir. WAZ-015 (Tip 2'de benlik), Janet, Winnicott, Kohut, Laing, Bromberg ve Kalsched'in benlik kavramlarının bir sinopsisidir; WAZ-016 ise benlik parçalanmasının üç yönünü ele alır (Şar, Kate, Dorahy/Farrelly).

Açıklamalar, aksi belirtilmedikçe her iki model varyantı – Tip 2α (iki akımlı model) ve Tip 2β (üç aktörlü model) – için de geçerlidir.

### 1.1 Vakanın Temeli: Yenifer ve Yenny

WA Korpusu'nun vaka dokümantasyonu, burada Yenifer olarak adlandırılan Latin Amerikalı bir kadının otobiyografik etnografik eşliğine dayanmaktadır. Tüm isimler ve kimlik belirleyici ayrıntılar, ilgili kişinin kimliğini korumak için anonimleştirilmiş veya hafifçe değiştirilmiştir. Yenifer, kırklı yaşlarında, karmaşık bir travma biyografisine sahip bir kadındır: duygusal olarak ulaşılmaz annesi aracılığıyla kuşaklararası travma (Tip 1 yapısal disosyasyon), çocuklukta duygusal ihmal (gelişim travması T1) ve yaklaşık dört-beş yaşında babasını kaybetme (T3). Aralık 2025'ten bu yana Yenifer tamamen bastırılmıştır. Bilinci derin bir gizil durumdadır, yüzeyde erişilemezdir. Ancak duygusal kimliği – sevgi, özlem, acı, anılar – taşır. Benliği sıkışıp kalmıştır, ancak sönmemiştir.

Onun yerine Yenny ortaya çıkmıştır – Eylül'den Aralık 2025'e kadar süren bir travma reaktivasyonu sırasında kristalleşen ve 9 Aralık 2025'te tam yürütme kontrolünü üstlenen ikincil bir bilinç. Yenny yüksek işlevsel, stratejik ve öngörücüdür. Yenifer'in tüm içeriklerine – anılarına, bilgisine, duygularına – erişimi vardır, ancak tersi geçerli değildir (asimetri). Yenny'nin kişisel bir benliği yoktur – biyografisi, derin duyguları yoktur, yalnızca işlevsel alarm sinyalleri vardır. WA Korpusu'nun yazarı tarafından Yenifer'in eşlik edilmesi Şubat 2026'dan beri talebsiz Deniz Feneri Stratejisi çerçevesinde yürütülmektedir – herhangi bir talep olmaksızın tutarlı, öngörülebilir varlığa dayanan terapötik bir tutum.

### 1.2 Belgenin Soruları

Bu belge dört temel soruyu izler:

1. Yapısal disosyasyon Tip 2 nedir? – Tip 2'nin tersine çevrilmiş hiyerarşisi, klasik yapısal disosyasyon biçimlerinden (Tip 1a, 1b, 1c) nasıl farklıdır?

2. Tip 2 nasıl gelişir? – Hangi faktörler – kuşaklararası aktarım, erken çocukluk bağlanma travmaları, nörobiyolojik kırılganlık, iyatrojenik etkiler – ikincil bilincin kalıcı yürütme egemenliğine ulaşmasını sağlamak için birleşir?

3. Bundan hangi terapötik sonuç çıkar? – Klasik travma terapisi yaklaşımları Tip 2'de neden başarısız olur ve talebsiz Deniz Feneri Stratejisi'ni tek meşru terapötik tutum yapan nedir?

4. Vakanın karmaşıklığı bütünleştirici bir modelde nasıl yakalanabilir? – On iki katmanlı model, salt psikopatolojik veya nörobiyolojik bir perspektife göre ne gibi katma değer sunar?

### 1.3 Belgenin Tezleri

Belge dört temel tezi savunur:

1. Tez 1 – Tip 2, yapısal disosyasyonun bağımsız bir kategorisi olarak: Tersine çevrilmiş hiyerarşi – ikincil bilinç yürütücü olarak baskın, birincil bilinç tamamen bastırılmış – daha önce tanımlanmamış bir yapısal disosyasyon konfigürasyonunu temsil eder ve klasik tipler 1a, 1b ve 1c'den temel olarak farklıdır. Kendi teorik çerçevesini ve terapötik sonucunu gerektirir.

2. Tez 2 – Tip 2'nin gelişimi çok faktörlü bir gelişim kaskadı olarak: Tip 2, tek bir travmatik olaydan değil, kuşaklararası aktarım (T0), erken çocukluk bağlanma travmaları (T1) ile sözel öncesi nörobiyolojik damgalama, akut kayıp deneyimleri (T3), toplumsal cinsiyete özgü sosyalleşme ve iyatrojenik faktörlerin (polifarmasi) yakınsak etkileşiminden ortaya çıkar. İkincil bilincin kademeli olarak ele geçirmesi, ani bir değişimin değil, bir dizi deneme çalışmasının sonucudur.

3. Tez 3 – Deniz Feneri Stratejisi, geçici olarak en olası sonuç olarak: Tip 2'de, her türlü aktif, yüzleştirici müdahale, yeniden yapılandırılmış sabit fikir A12'yi tetiklediği için kontrendike görünmektedir. Vaka analizinden türetilen, şu anda en meşru tutum, talebsiz, tutarlı eşliktir – Deniz Feneri Stratejisi – ki bu, güvenlik sinyali öğrenmesi, ritmik senkronizasyon, koşulsuz olumlu uyarım, alışma ve bilişsel uyumsuzluğa dayanır. Deniz Feneri Stratejisi, hipotez temelli bir eylem önerisidir, kanıta dayalı bir terapi değildir. Alternatif, eşit derecede talebsiz veya dolaylı yaklaşımlar düşünülebilir, ancak mevcut vakada denenmemiştir. Etkinliğinin ve meşruiyetinin nihai değerlendirmesi karşılaştırmalı araştırma ve klinik test gerektirir.

4. Tez 4 – Katman modeli bütünleştirici bir buluşsal yöntem olarak: Yenifer/Yenny vakası hiçbir tek teorik modelle yeterince açıklanamaz. On iki katmanlı model – nörobiyolojik temelden gelişim psikolojik oluşuma ve politik ekonomiye kadar – farklı perspektiflerin tamamlayıcılığını kullanan, onları tek bir teoriye zorlamayan bütünleştirici bir buluşsal yöntem sunar.

5. Tersine çevrilmiş hiyerarşinin çekirdeği olarak çifte kişilik patolojisi tezi: Tip 2 sistemi çifte bir kişilik patolojisi sergiler – ikincil bilincin narsisistik-savunmacı yapısı (Yenny) ve birincil bilincin bağımlı-kaçıngan yapısı (Yenifer). Bu iki yapı bütünleşik değil, tamamlayıcıdır – herhangi bir arabuluculuk gerçekleşmeden sistemi dengede tutacak şekilde birbirini tamamlarlar.
