abstract_en This document presents the three classic stress models as heuristic frameworks – Selye‘s general adaptation syndrome (1936), Lazarus‘s transactional stress model (1984), and McEwen‘s concept of allostatic load (1998) – and applies them to the case of Yenifer/Yenny (structural dissociation type 2). It analyzes the different stress responses of Yenifer (exhaustion stage), Yenny (resistance stage), and Tobias (reappraisal) and justifies the lighthouse strategy as the only approach that does not further fuel the chronic alarm state. The findings apply to both models (type 2α and type 2β) unless stated otherwise. This is an unpublished manuscript and part of Volume 01 of the WA Handbook on Structural Dissociation Type 2.

Kapitel 1 von WAS-70D
